After going through the verification which includes taking a picture of your face (which always makes the picture turned to the side and not straight on, making it look odd), and voice verification. Then I am greeted by an error message saying there was a connection error. Btw, no. There is not a connection error. I then am thrown back at the beginning. For now, waste of time.

I have McAfee security on both my androids. I subscribed for Live Safe as I'm receiving a new computer this evening. I was setting up personal locker app and received error that identifier already being used and to contact support. I contacted support 3 separate times and the service rep never responded, just disconnected the chat before it started. If I can't get help for a simple app, how can I trust that I will get help on my computer. Very disappointed as this company was the only one I trusted. 👎👎

I already contacted the support on your website and explained the problem to them and I am just waiting for their answer. To expand more, my problem is the same as everyone here I can't create an account but still have the application installed waiting to hear from your support staff and see if I can use it.

In set up, can't get past voice recognition part and doesn't give any help options. An app from a company such as yours should work the first time...or where do we find the confidence to protect us. Deleting as a waste of anymore of my time.

Its really disgusting. I dont know what kind of system they are providing. Every time you process to create your account they say sorry really annoying.

I've paid for a whole year and out of no where it just disappeared off of my laptop and now I have viruses out the butt plus found out that someone has hacked on to my laptop and taken information!! This is bull crap now I'm trying to download once again and it's taking forever!!!
