This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Mazda on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. OMG, worse app ever, cannot open on my tablet, can't install updated version if it is updated, who knows? not me. Only wanted to check service history of mine and wife's Mazda, can't do anything on it. Worked fine before all the supposed recent changes or intro of App..... Have a word with your App designers.

Oh dear. New app=bad experience. Not able to copy/paste passwords? Really! What about using complex passwords and a password vault? Why disable longClickable? This seems to be a worrying trend. Once on the experience continues. Spinney wheel, spinney wheel, spinney wheel. Keep getting logged out too. Not a problem, just paste that password back in. Oh wait! Good grief!

Doesn't work. Asks for V5 number, car details, few personal details. Then asks you to wait while they process the info to have your car appear on the app. Then nothing. This system of online service history is a terrible idea, it's not accessible and makes second hand buying much more difficult. I emailed to get my service history, only took a few days. As for the app, months later my car still hasn't appeared. Unable to use it at all. Uninstalled, wouldn't recommend even trying.

Perhaps Mazda should pay closer attention to the quality of the app it provides. So far so bad. And all this on an app that is supposed to be simple. Had constant issues with downloading service records. For some reason the app reports "some" error in downloading the kdf file...

Was at first impressed by app, however, when I tried it today it appears to have forgotten my car and will not allow me to add. What is going on Mazda? Please fix. Just noticed that it has been developed in Germany - is this a stitch up?

The My Mazda app is an easy way to access your important ownership documents, track your service schedule and locate Mazda dealers, all through your smartphone or tablet. It also provides access to car manuals and easy to follow tutorials about some of your vehicle’s features.
You can receive handy reminders on servicing as well as make use of one-touch Roadside Assistance, directly via the app.

Who can use the My Mazda App?

If you privately own a Mazda, you qualify for a My Mazda account. To register you need to set up a My Mazda account which only takes a few minutes.

Please note: Registration is only possible with an active Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and a valid email address assigned to this VIN. Should you have neither an active VIN nor a valid email address saved in our system, please contact your Mazda Authorized Dealer or Mazda directly and request that your details are updated.

My Mazda is currently not available to business customers.
