The valid identity card (ID) is captured by the front desk using the application digitally through the mobile application or through the web application.

Benefits

1.Hotels can eliminate the need to Xerox (photocopy) the ID documents and store it, saving the cost.
2.Customers mobile number is authenticated through OTP.
3.Local authorities can access the data centrally as may be required, eliminating the paperwork and storage completely.
4.For repeat customers ID can be retrieved from the database easily.
