You need to add an option to manually enter the OTP. The registered phone number is different, so I can't use it on the actual phone. Solution - when you receive the OTP on the registered phone number, forward the message unedited to the phone you where you are trying to login. The PRINT button is not working in the profile details. I don't see an option to apply for Transfer application, I'm told that there will be one on the dashboard.

Very bad experience with the app.As soon as I open the app some notification icon will appear. I am unable to view my profile. We can't get rid of notification icon and soon it will cover the whole screen.

HIGH PRIORITY ISSUE! Unable to view any details. Dear sir/madam, For my Shikshak Mitra app's account, I'm unable to view my EEDS details, trial transfer application, zone wise service weightage & any updates. Due to this technical issue, I'm unable to apply for transfer application. As I'm a Compulsory Transfer candidate, this service is very inevitable for me to apply for transfer and applying date is very nearby. Please do the needful As Soon As Possible. Thank you.

Very very very bad application I have seen it's not opening only what to do I am totally confused with it.. Not working properly at all its very bad...... I think the review is poor but u only made it more.. I have installed it more then 30 times to make it open properly but it's not opening...

Poor performance becz OTP can't be entered by us. Only autofill is there. So we can't open this app in other devices. And information of teachers are changing automatically. there is no correct conncection between EEDS and this app.

It is very good app if it is working properly But I am having very bad experiences every alternate day one or the other data is changing even though the EEDS data is correct.The data gets vanished if I uninstalled and reinstalled the same aap.
