L’azienda Mari blue srl costituita nell’anno 2010, in un paesino in provincia di palermo, ai piedi di monte catalfano, in un borgo marinaro chiamato aspra, nasce come commercio all’ingrosso con deposito di prodotti della pesca conservati, secchi ed altri prodotti alimentari.

La societa’ e’ di proprieta’ di un socio unico, D’Alcamo Andrea che possiede la totalita’ delle quote e che svolge contemporaneamente le funzioni di rappresentente legale e amministratore unico.

Nel 2014 l’azienda aumenta il suo commercio passando anche a prodotti della pesca non freschi fino ad arrivare alla produzione di prodotti ittici conservati.

Essa possiede certificazione cee, haccp e ifs.

Anche se la societa’ e’ giovane si sta sviluppando abbastanza rapidamente, sia per il volume di affari sia per l’economicita’.

Produce sia per conto terzi, ricevendo commesse da altre societa’ dello stesso settore, sia per conto proprio, vendendo il proprio prodotto direttamente sul mercato nazionale ed internazionale.

La mari blue gode della collaborazione di 19 dipendenti, ognuno dei quali ha una mansione ben specifica all’interno dell’organigramma aziendale in modo da rendere la produzione piu’ efficiente.

Attualmente la societa’ oltre alle suddette attivita’, gestisce tre suoi punti vendita per la commercializzazione al dettaglio dei suoi prodotti e di pesci, crostacei, molluschi, preparati di pesce e prodotti ittici in genere, sia freschi che surgelati.

Tale negozi sono siti in: aspra, frazione di bagheria, piazza cristoforo colombo 23, il secondo punto vendita e’ sito in ficarazzi corso umberto 803 e il terzo punto vendita si trova a bagheria via roccaforte 153/b. Inoltre dall’anno 2018 si sta inserendo nel mercato e-commerce avvelendosi di collaboratori in grado di gestire questo nuovo mercato in estrema crescita.
