Using BlueStacks

Never would track my heart rate, but would at least interact with RunKeeper on my Droid. After a firmware update, first it wouldn't interact with my Droid, then the battery died, now this "watch" won't even tell time for me. Gonna remove my fresh battery from the watch before it gets wasted, too!

I thought maybe by Dec 2016 the Echo firmware & app would be fixed. Nope. Its total garbage. Literally, "just threw it in the trash"...garbage. Won't waste my time with any Magellan products again. Trash, trash, trash. GS7.

All of the reviews below are accurate. Just got the watch, loaded, and then updated automatically, now the only function is the stop watch. Grrr. Web site for Magellan that is on the get started Page won't load. Very disappointed. And why aren't the company replying to these posts!!

to the latest version... The one that it came with is working fine so far... Only issue is battery draining - 2 coin batteries already replaced in 6 months..

This is my first sports watch. I can't say much good about it really. I timed a run and saved it. Where do you see the run for future reference? I can't seem to pair it with strava. Even if I could what would be the point? I might as well just use Strava. The sleep timer is definitely inaccurate. Why is there no written instructions? The link to help is broken in the app. It's basically a watch and a pedometer oh and a alarm...

Instead of spending so much money with garmin, tom tom and all of those expensive watches, this pretty gadget does all the same work but better and cheaper together with wahoo app, I am using galaxy s4 and I can connect my watch every time, except when the watch battery is dead (twice in half a year)

The official Echo and Echo Fit support App. Echo Utility connects to your Magellan Echo or Magellan Echo Fit to set time, change display settings, check device status, and perform updates.
Magellan Echo Fit users will also have the ability to set alarms, set user profiles, and set user goals through Echo Utility.
Echo Utility also has the ability to test the connectivity of the Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate Monitor bundle and a support section on how to connect your Magellan Echo to Echo Utility.

The Magellan Echo Utility adds additional features to to the Magellan Echo Fit. In addition to the original features, Magellan Echo Fit users can configure their personal User Profile, Alarms, and custom goals.

Allows an application to receive SMS messages.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an application to read from external storage.
