Employee Admins are responsible for managing employee records, while Customers represent clients who may have multiple projects. Users also have the ability to create new customer profiles directly within the app. When creating a lead, the app identifies whether it represents a new project for an existing client or a completely new client. If the client already exists, the system avoids duplicating customer entries.
