I used to love this advisor app but both online and the app isn't working with the same errors. Trying to login and reset password doesn't work so I tried to make another account and received the same error. It's been going on for months and I haven't been able to use this app for that long. I had all my tools standardized for Harvey and Helical because of this all but I guess it's time to try another brand.

Won't let me create an account.. error 500. I've tried and tried... Looks like this has been an issue for a while. It's unfortunate that nobody has tried to fix this by now. Update, I contacted Helical Solutions tech department and they were able to get me into the app on my phone and on my PC within minutes! It's my understanding that they do updates often that can cause little hiccups keeping people from logging in. Their customer service was great!

Login does not work, cannot login using existing account and won't allow new account creation. Able to log in just fine on their website.

If you forget your password, the password reset email keeps sending you back to the app, that has no option to reset the password. Edit: 1 year later and the problem still exists with the password reset wth?!?

What is this, some kind of joke. Not able to login, I received mail for activation upon clicking it redirects to play store again which is weird. Please fix it, otherwise I am gonna uninstall it soon.
