Need to pay bill but popup keeps prompting to update to version 5.33.1 yet when going to Play store there is no newer version to update. Am not being given an option to cancel and continue with bill payment. Very poor UI/UX design, should give option to cancel or defer so time sensitive activities like bill payment can be completed.

Why are there 2 separate apps? Causes confusion. Even apps in 3rd world countries can autologin using the 4g data handshake while this one requires otp. Even worse is it doesn't work with tourist sims. That's after I downloaded the much touted myM1 app (on m1 website) only to waste 15 mins realizing it won't work for a prepaid then download prepaid app to realize my prepaid is not the prepaid covered. Seriously? What kind of programmers need to split apps up like that? Why don't you have separate apps for make and female customers! Is there a kpi for the number of apps written rather than number of users who is your apps?

Question: why is it that we have added a debit/credit card for automatic monthly bills, but we can't use them to make early/late payments? Why do I HAVE to put my card number etc again on a separate site in your app?? Edit: yes I know adhoc is separate, but you already have my card number, why can't I just use that card number that's already saved for any form of transaction that is on the app?

The broadband contract end date stated in the app is wrong. Also, I get a "JSON Parse error: Unexpected token in number" when I tried to re-contract. Please fix the bugs.

The app kept dying. I could not pay the bill. It worked after uninstalling and reinstalling. However it's still throwing error message 😞

Buggy app with shoddy UX. Fingerprint auth keeps breaking. Had so much trouble using the app even for basic functionalities like viewing and paying bills. Get your act together M1!
