Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Project Time Tracker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

I love the 2 ways to change time (keypad) (slider)

July 12, 2018: Editing review after Android update last night, app will not open. Was previously very satisfied with the app, hoping this will be resolved quickly or that I can get my data out. I like this app enough to have purchased the full version so that I can track as many projects as I want. It seems to cover all the needs I have:; I can track multiple projects which are paid at different rates, and then view the report by project. I can also track hours that are not paid so I can know how many hours were used up without adding the unpaid hours to the total I have to report. Recommend.

It looked like what I want, but after starting the timer for the first time the app kept force stopping. Won't open at all now. Tried updating and restarting phone (pixel XL)

The app works well briefly. They are not upfront about the need to upgrade in the app. There is no place to return to the Play Store to provide a review, neither is there any place to upgrade. After making four entries you have to upgrade.

This has everything I'm looking for, and more, EXCEPT the ability to easily track how much money I've earned in my activities (for the day/week/etc). Add that and I'll be sold.

- Easily track where you spend your time
- Activities are defined by up to 3 levels (e.g. Customer -> Project -> Task or Recreation -> Sport -> Soccer)
- View by day, week or month (optionally filtered by activity)
- Track frequencies, e.g. "Last month, I've been to the gym 3 times"
- Optional usage and automatic conversion of time unit based entries, e.g. 1 unit = 6 minutes
- Mark activities as chargeable and view records that have not been charged yet
- Add comments to each activity log or per day for detailed reporting
