I purchased this app last month expecting it to generate subtitles for my videos. After subscribing I found out that it doesn't generate subtitles as expected. So I'm left with an app that doesn't work. Customer service took weeks to reply to my refund request. Which was denied. I was told that they do not handle payments and to go to Google for that. Not impressed since Google play doesn't generate refunds for apps purchased past the 48hour time line. If you have an android please be warned!

Not great for an android user. Paid for it to use to add subs to videos for the company I work for and although it has transcribed the video I can't now add to the text to the video. So paid for it for no reason

it is just unbelivable that you ask users to pay for a service that they cannot test and in a small note it is written that it is NOT Possible to add the subtitles to the video itself, so what is the app exactly for if not for adding the subtitles to the videos??? the price is also ridiculously high, luckily I downloaded this other autocaptioning app that actually works and cost less then half of what that you are asking, your app made me so mad that I came back to give it a bad review

Not a free App. They don't tell you that you need to pay until you have agreed to give the app access to your phone and then uploaded a video. Waste of time.

Great app for transcribing videos. I can edit them easily and export them as well. But please add video editing feature like iOS app. Definitely recommend it.
