Recently tried this app again and it was working great until recent update, now it will not load.

7/11/21: After making a great change to add a notification that there was a new virus definition in April 2021, there has now been no new new virus definition since 6/2/21. It has been over 2 weeks since I sent an email to the developers and there's been no new definition and no reply back. I don't know what the problem is but this app is no longer providing up to date protection. 4/28/21 WAS: I especially like that they have added in a notification for new virus definition updates.

Used this for a long time and it had worked great with no issues until last update. Tried to tell me wifi was hacked but I know it is not because my internet provider provides a secure private wifi. After it says I have been hacked it goes to blue screen then blank screen and I am forced to restart phone. Too many bugs in this update so I had to uninstall. Fix bug & I might reinstall. Update: I reinstalled this morning (June 24) and it works great now! Thank you for fixing bugs!

I think for a review to be valid the user must run the program for say 24 hours. I even subscribed but then things went bad. They don't answer emails urgent feedback there is no customer support. Your program in cleaning removed my photos and important stuff. A lot options non functional and with no help I unsubscribed. And will delete it with a warning to any user. prepare to lose stuff

Well its a superb protection app with pretty much everything you need, like in terms of protecting your phone with settings and features you will really love and truly want. It has virus scanning and a cooling down your phone option plus amoung other things like the boosting feature helps too. The great little extras it has as well are the privacy browser setting too plus checking of your net connection is a must in case of intrusions is fantastic these days as well. Need i say more so check it.

I love the app!!! But I only gave it 3 stars this time because for the last two months or so whenever I go to update the virus definition it has said that the virus definition is updated. Before two months or so, the virus definition is would need to be updated at least 3 times a week. Now I am wondering if the virus definition is even being updated. I feel like I'm using an update that is months old. I've emailed and asked about it and have no gotten any response. I am a VIP member btw too.
