With over 25 tablets with Lucity Mobile being used through out the city, crews find this easy to use and easy to learn. It has increased efficiencies for work crews and allows office users to track project status, inspections and completed work orders in a real time manner. Only draw back is when work is being done outside of cellular connectivity.

Really pretty good mobile app for Lucity CMMS . We've deployed this on 10" tablets to field crew and they love being able to access maintenance documentation and to update as well as to access repair history in the field. Favorite feature -- finding buried infrastructure using Lucity maps (integrated with behemoth GIS back end) without bulky additional GPS units. 2nd favorite -- sending snapshots of work in progress and completed to home office, 3rd -- accessing as-built PDFs rather than dragging paper plans into the field. Many of these could be accomplished without Lucity Mobile, but Lucity Mobile organizes this information and brings it all to their fingertips. Cons: data entry, especially routine of updating a work order, requires many more keystrokes than it should. LM does have short-cut tools for this and other operations, but they're not exposed as first class UI, you have to click around till you find yourself in the grid where the shortcut is available, then choose it from a list. But all in all, it's proven practical and easy to learn. Our agency depends on it.

Lucity's been amazing and this app keeps getting better and better. No other CMMS seems to have comparable abilities in mobile.

Work orders look jumbled while scrolling through a long list. App works as intended.
