This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Multiplayer Notepad on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Multiplayer Notepad is a Web application which aims to make collaboration among different people in a document as easy as possible.

To make collaboration simpler authentication is not required: users can create and collaborate in a document, by giving it a particular name and sharing that name with prospective authors.

Through the Open Source Etherpad engine, Multiplayer Notepad features an advanced and intuitive text editor which allows for real-time collaboration.

Additional features are supported, such as exporting to HTML and other formats, visualizing which author has written each part of the text, revising changes, and the like.

To use this application an Internet connection is required.

Currently, Multiplayer Notepad is a functional beta. Please, have in mind that the target of this application is to collaborate in documents in real time, not storing documents. Files may get erased, especially during the beta period. Please, make external copies of your documents and do not rely on our storage facilities.
