The free version is already perfect, the pro version takes it up a notch. Having multiple groups of lights with separate tiles is a must have for deep integration with the hue ecosystem. Being able to set icons and the state of the lights accentuates that this was created for someone who wants control.

Stopped working well lately (possibly after latest Android OS update). On Pixel 3XL, now clicking tiles does nothing and after a few seconds message comes up saying make sure connected to Hue Bridge on wifi. But if you go into the Hue Pro app and then try the tiles again, it works instantly like normal. Please fix this.

Stopped working properly on Android 10. After updating to Android 10 it just stopped working reliably as usual. Now I tap any tile to turn on/off any light and it only works less than 30% of the time.

Would randomly stop working, until I disabled Android's battery optimisation for the app. Beside that little hiccup: it's wonderfully convient, can't recommend it enough!

FAQ

- The app is not working correctly: Go to Settings (top-right icon) and click "Reset App", this will reset your app configuration. If you still have issue, write me an email on: leonardo.pirro@gmail.com.

- Why QuickHue Pro support 6 Tiles: 6 tiles is the best compromise for number of tiles/performance. If you add many tiles, the response become slow.

- Why the Tile State feature is experimental: Due to Hue API limitations. We will try to improve this feature.
