This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LooCloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Can't view the camaras in HD, the little aquare button that was there is gone. Also downloaded zosi view and it doesnt have it either. It shows on iphones but not on LG devices. Please fix.

Updating my review from a one-star to a five-star because after the update, there is a lot of things not working properly when I was using this for almost 2 years, when I'm in other states and watching my video feed live, it made me feel very comfortable, now that I tried it again everything works properly thank you for fixing the problem, I hope it works the same for everybody else, looks good.

Worked about 80% of the time until the last update, now, I can't even login to my account. When I try to login it flashes a grey bar with what looks like Chinese writing on it then crashes. If you want to remotely watch your cameras, do not buy loocam.

Absolute junk! Will connect about 15% of the time. Everytime you select a camera to see full screen and go back to all cameras it will buffer again. Usually leading to cannot connect again. Good cameras, shame the app is complete garbage.

You updated the app and now everything is in Chinese and it doesn't work at all. I open it and it has Chinese prompts I can't read and changes from white screen to black screen over and over, never loading. Why did you do this? Completely unusable on my Google Pixel 3!

I had the last version of the app. The new update is trash! I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my phone and this app will not open on my phone, and does not recognize out account on my husband's phone. This has been the biggest headache.
