App is solid. My only criticism is that there is no UTC/Zulu time setting available in the app. That would be really useful for a lot of people. You may need a newer phone. My old Pixel 1 didn't work that well with time setting. My newer Note 20 works every time.

Doesn't work on my OnePlus 8 Pro. Makes the watch rather pointless (there are lots of other very accurate GMT watches out there, and the flash setting was the unique feature of this one) so I think I'll be sending the watch back and buying something else.

Doesn't work with OnePlus 6T so the app is useless and so is the advertised quick setting function on Longines VHP GMT watch. A watch should not dictate what phone I carry so I will be returning the watch and deleting this app.

Guys, you'll definitely need to open source this app (or at least algorithm of forming flash sequences) to more wide audience and broad community of Longines fans. Thus, the community could support new versions of this app and it's compatibility with various phones in a long term perspective. PS: Unfortunately, app doesn't work on my phone.

It's a good idea and the app is well designed, easy to use and very useful... when it works. I couldn't get it to work on my Pixel 3 but an older Pixel 2 XL works perfectly. I think Longines should extend their list of compatible devices if possible or at least also list devices that are known to be not working properly with this app. I'd give 5 stars if they extend the compatibility or document the protocol to let developers like me implement an alternative solution.

Didn't work with my phone and not all time zones are available (can only adjust the time in hourly increments, so non-traditional time zones like India are out of the question). They do get an extra star for being innovative though. However, the lack of Bluetooth might also be their achilles heel, as there's no way to push firmware updates to the watch like with regular smart watches - you'd likely have to take it back to an AD, or just wait for v2.0 - Too bad, as I like the watch itself.
