Dear Talabat, There is a very common system/application issue that everyone has been facing for a long long time. This happens quite often, after completing an order, sometimes the system/application gets stuck and we do not receive the new order on the app. Sometimes, it could be due to a bad connection, other times from the app itself because it is not constantly being refreshed. After all it's not our fault! and you need to give this your immediate attention. Edit: Issue appears to be solved.

There are alot of errors in new update. The app stucks and dont accept the auto-orders. In this case the order gets undispatched, the performance falls and the rank jumps down. Not satisfied at all with the new update. The heat map is showing hectagons in the areas where no restaurant is available. The app is updating after every 3 or 4 days and its getting worst and worst.

1. The Auto accept system should be improved. How can one record a low acceptance rate when it's on auto accept. 2.The navigation system should be synchronizate with Waze, Google map or create their own navigation system. Rider are finding it difficult to use both Map and the riders app when riding to pick or deliver and order.

There is run time error and always the home page settings keep on changing. I am unable to login to my shifts as the start session on home has disappeared. Now l got suspended because of this app. They always tell you login and logout, uninstall and reinstall. This is what the IT support always say. Don't have any solution for app issues. Always keeps on blaming our phones and network. All other apps are working good on our phones Road runner was a good app. This Talabat rider app is a dustbin.

This update of the app is very slow and it's keep mobile loading when we receive new orders and it's map system is also very bad . The red spots on map are totally wrong. You should have to update the talabat application again and show the order history and wallet on display

one of the nagging features of this new app is taking photos for every order u pickup. it's time wasting and the app is slower because of unnecessary features. It also requires location pin-point accuracy which is impossible for some malls where access is prohibited.
