When it works, and you understand that the locks and mobile app do not update in real-time (you have to push an action through the app and then press the lock button on the lock a few minutes later to sync the device to take the new action), then it's fine. Overall it's good once it's setup. The problem is that if locks are an integral component of your business,, then you're pretty much screwed because there's no after hours or weekend support when their servers fail.

Like others have stated, this app used to work. I cannot access features (e.g. Events) in the app, but the features are available on the website. The app gives an "Aw, snap" error message and suggests I try again in a few minutes. Very disappointed that I pay a monthly fee to LockState/RemoteLock and they offer such poor quality. Sure, I could switch... but that means changing all my locks. Ugh.

The app has not worked in months. The online software requires a verification code via text, a text that never comes all of a sudden. It's really frustrating to have to continually verify on the same 2 devices. I like your system, but you guys have way to many issues way to often.

Worked for month or so now does nothing but open then closé immediately. Real inconvience considering we pay a whole lot for this service with 3 locations and we'll over a 100 locks at 290$ each. Worked fine for longest time. We've updated and uninstalled and reinstalled and sent reports in and still same. Update recommend finding someone who doesn't take your control from your purchases away by making everything a service or feature to charge you for. If you have to have there service then you

One star until the app is fixed. I'm unable to set up wifi because the camera does not activate when it wants to scan the QR code. No wifi means I have some very expensive, useless locks. Edit: 3 stars because support was able to get me past the initial setup, with information not given in the app.

App is difficult to install and set up. Similar to previous reviews where they said it crashes or doesn't work. I haven't tried the web based version but this app doesn't seem intuitive to use or reliable at all.
