Ive had a ton of diffrent glitches with this app. The latest is at various times without my input it locks my child out of all her apps. Now its so bad everytime i exit the window to fix it. It goes right back and locks her apps up again!( You ask people to contact live support and dont respond.)

My kids have greenlight app but using this parenting app they cannot access it. Tried reaching out to support, over a week later still nothing from them. Please fix or i will have to find a different app. Update: 9/3/20: the month of aug i have tried to reach out to support. And nothing. No response back either. My daughter figured out that when the pin rq pops up if she backs out she can go in recent apps used and bypass the pin. Hmm not worth paying for. And no help from support.

It’s as easy as setting a simple four (4) digit password which is required to be put in by the parent to allow the amount of time they are required to spend. Kids timer locks helps children develop a healthy habit of less screen time and more play time.

Several disappointing bugs / issues. Inconsistently asking for code in child device, not clear what's available in free version and for which feature is need to upgrade. Even for a perfect app this price is just too high.

I would give it zero stars if I could! Children can completely disable the app from their phones but swiping down on the top of their phones and clicking to disable it. This app is completely useless and should give refunds to anyone who paid for it. In reply to the comment below - MY CHILD WAS ABLE TO BYPASS THE ENTIRE APP BY THAT ONE BUTTON! As in the app turned off, was gone, all apps freely available. So yes, it removes ALL the parental controls from the app completely!
