Doesnt update...app shows more credit than on the webpage of my account...no one replies to emails....😡 Now the app does not let me in even though the password has been changed and it works on the webpage🤔🤔🤔... very poor 😡

It started so promisingly! Unfortunately any time my wife or I have travelled (UK, Portugal, Poland, France) we have been totally unable to get mobile data and the calls and sms service has been very intermittent. This has been reported to lobster on 4 separate occasions and each time they simply give me the same roaming apn settings to try. These DON'T work!!! A number of other people have also had this problem, as no solution seems to be available we will shortly leave this service

Avoid!!! The app used to work fine but now it crashes everytime. Auto renew never worked so I had to renew number monthly, not a major problem until the app stopped working. As a result my number has been lost. It's a major hassle as the number was attached to my banking & everything I use. Not worked for months now, even after deleting app & reinstalling many times. I have moved back to Lebara. At least there the APN settings work automatically abroad unlike Lobster which never did.

this app is so simple to use, you can do almost everything you need on it, ignore people who rate it one star because they can't login, they have not set their account up propetly which you need to do before you can login. The app does need a help button or link but 🦞 know this already, they already have improvements planned as i spoke to them today. The use various spanish networks, its a great deal for a good price. Keep the good work Lobster!!

very bad. Never have the mobil data network. Only 2G. When i am not in spain i y can only make calls but not use WhatsApp, maps or something else like looking for things in the internet. It is not working with iPhone or Android. I made a lot of calls in my last trips to Lobster, i send a lot of emails in my last trips to Lobster - but never had help or any solución.

Doesnt work abroad Calls or roaming we bought 70€ of credit for data roaming despite this No calls on trips to Belgium Italy Thailand. When i return to Spain customer services had to reset all the settings saying was android issue. Yet had same problem with wife and daughters iphone. Also app doesnt update with data usage have tried reinstalling app several times but to no avail .
