UPDATE: This app has made no progress since I paid for it over a year ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Does not work! Prev: loved Dashboard Cast before it discontinued and I'm really hopeful this current app will improve so I can use it. I'm not asking for a refund because I want it to go toward the development. Just wish I knew how else I could help. Dashboard Cast was very helpful to my family and I know this one, when it's fully functional, will too. GOOD LUCK! I look forward to using this soon!

I will wait until the end of October before reporting this app to Google. So far it is not working in any form other than the set up of the app. The cast function...the main reason for purchase...does not work. Up until I complained to the developer, there was no mention that this was a beta test. Now I see they have updated to say it might work sometime between Oct and Dec 2018. One more month and then I will report them if nothing works! Update: I waited longer than planned but it is obvious this is a scam. There has been no attempt to make this app work by the company selling it. DO NOT BUY THIS APP!

Its now mid-January and there is neither an update nor a comment on when to expect it??? I'm in the same boat as the other reviewers... Aside from the app itself looking and functioning exactly like the no longer available and sorely missed, Dashboard Cast, it won't cast to my Chromecast. It attempts to, gives a black screen on the TV and then in under a second stops and reverts back to my Chromecast's default picture slide. Chromecast2/V30+

Simply put... it does not work. Contacted developers, they do respond, however no solution. Still no solution as of November 2018. Will update the review if any progress is ever made.

...it's essentially Dashboard Cast renamed, but it doesn't work. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon because I paid for it and Dashboard Cast was discontinued and no longer works either.

Wow what a POS....not only did i pay for this A SECOND TIME because i loved it before .....the only thing they updated is the fact it is the same pos they had before with a new name
