No "Support" or "Contact Us" buttons which would be really useful to me at the moment. Disappointed that you can't copy items and paste them somewhere else or copy them by dragging and dropping them outside the app either on a mobile device or a laptop. Really limited as to what you can do with it.

Terribly slow backup, when it works... The 'automatic' mobile backup does not happen when scheduled. You have to open the app and do it manually. Organisation of backup files and interface is very clunky and slow. Shame as I wanted a UK based backup service.

It's very unreliable when backing up. Does it some days and not others with no reason. I'm always uninstalling thus app as it often doesn't work. Now I can't even reinstall it. Don't waste your time and money

Unable to upload files. Gets network error when network is fine. Very slow when does work. Takes ages to get through to customer service who don't fix problem.
