UPDATE: since the last update, the Livedrive app on my Chromebook does not back up files. "The battery is too low to start a backup." UPDATE 2: This Chromebook issue was resolved. Everything backs up as it should!

Don't trust live drive. Once your data is on their servers it corrupts and becomes irretrievable. Their support is beyond useless too. You will lose your data, guaranteed. There are thousands of horror stories on the internet so you need note take my word and 25 years in IT for it. Go see for yourself, you have been warned. Terrible company. They should be sued out of existence

Do not trust livedrive to actually back up your data. I have been using it for years, believing my files were safely backed up. integrity checks confirming everything was OK. my HD failed, so I tried to restore to a new disk. only now Livedrive reports that 22000 files out of 30000 were never backed up successfully! what is the point of backup software that does not actually back up your files? I have tried contacting support, but have had no response at all. Avoid this company at all costs

Reliable and easy to use. It has features that more expensive apps do not have. I appreciate the availability of the app on my mobile devices and the ability to view pictures without having to download them first. Highly recommend.

often fails to upload, so you try to upload and it duplicates files. When you want to delete file to start again it won't allow you until you've deleted files in folder however you can't select all! you hahe to select and delete each file one by one which takes far to long if you have hundreds and hundreds of files in one folder. AVIOD.
