I find the user interface pretty confusing. All the people I invited had trouble figuring out how to get started. And their tech skills were pretty varied, so something needs streamlining. I also can never remember how to add people, I wind up going from the camera view, and the top right button. Then going to Share Device, and then the blue text. I do like the camera function, it's easy to take pictures and video. The sound isn't great, but I don't need it much myself

Well I use to love my littleelf smart camera but for the past month it hasn't been working like it used too. The camera seems fine but it constantly looses connection and I have to go through the process of reconnecting it all over again like when you first connect the camera for the first time. When it is working I have troubles viewing live from inside my house and from remote locations. I have tried contacting customer service with no response or solution... I'm at a loss...

Decent app for monitoring grandson in his room. The process to review stored video is cumbersome and not user friendly. Alerts should take you directly to the video sequence (30 second clip). Also does not function with Bluestacks app after the November 2020 update. Would be nice if you would fix compatibility with newest Bluestacks emulator.

Works once. And only once. The camera is working fine and I get notifications but I can only open the app and see the camera view one time. If I restart the phone,it works again,once. It is unusable if you have to restart your phone just to use an app.

Worked fine for a months, the camera seems okay still just the app is awful, takes ages to load, keeps losing my 'home' cameras keep getting removed. When it works it's fine. Just keep seeing network error 50500 even after app reboot, router reboot, WiFi fine on other devices, uninstalled and reinstalled app, same issue.

We used the apps for a while with no issues. But at some point, it started to freeze after a couple seconds so we constantly have to reset the feed to see. We use it for our kids so it is very annoying.....If the issue would be resolve the app gos quite well otherwise.
