Using BlueStacks

Not able to find the hoverboard at all in the app. Phone is able to connect through bluetooth setting. Tried both connected with phone or not, still no luck to get app connected with the device. Too BAD.

Terrible App. Music works fine and it actually pairs easily for me. The problem is that it does not allow me to adjust any settings. If I change speed setting it stays for about 2 seconds then goes back to previous setting right away. I can not get the hoverboard out of beginner setting. It will go to intermediate then right back to beginner on its own 2 seconds later.

There is no need to install this app. You can directly connect your phone/device to the hoverboard through your phone's/device's Bluetooth Why does it need access to the user's photos/media when it has nothing to do with it? The app won't even open if you don't allow permissions to the photos/media. That in itself makes this app basically useless. Also why does it ask you to sign up?

At first this app didn't work, but disconnecting and forgetting the device in my Bluetooth menu, then connecting through the app only made it work. Great to be able to change the settings on the hoverboard!

This sucks. I try to change settings and i can't. It just freezes sometimes and it just randomly changes my settings too. One day i have it set to 15 km next it's set to 10km

It's a great app except.. Counterfeit detection has issues. I couldn't configure a freshly installed board until I connected to one already configured. After connecting, I could switch to the TaoTao, change the name and password without issue. I know every board I use is legit, so it's a real frustration.

1.Monitor the scooter function
Quick diagnosis for the scooter.
Details about the scooter, such as speed, battery, total distance and current distance.
Configure the scooter Bluetooth name and password. Set the maximum speed, driving force, steering sensitivity to make riding more safety.

2.Record tracking function
You can record tracking while riding.
