I am also having the issue where you lose the progress if you switch back and forth between this app and a writing app, or any other app. It is not a memory issue as suggested in another review. This app should save progress automatically after every step anyway, so you can continue later. I love the app for brainstorming/daydreaming and don't necessarily write anything down. I would also like to give the steps to a writing group to see how different people write completely stories with the same prompts.

Little annoyed by this app. The prompts themselves are great, but I wish there was an option to disable the time between steps so you could load several steps at once. Additionally, I have yet to find a way to turn the sound off, even with my phone on silent the sound still goes off. Another improvement I would like to see, would be a different placement for the "Another' and 'Ok" buttons. Personally I think the "Ok" button should be listed first. Quite a few times now I have gone to continue by adding a step only to lose my progress because I hit the "Another' instead of the "Ok' button, which is super ambiguous to begin with. Another what? Another step? Another prompt? I think the button for adding steps should be something simple like 'Add' or 'Next' and the button for creating a new prompt should be 'New' or 'Restart' or 'Start Over.' Something more intuitive than 'Another' and 'Ok' anyway. There are better FREE writing prompt apps out there.

Have paid for this app and I can't use it because it doesn't let me type any words into it can you fix it for me please. A month later this app doesn't work and I can't even get a refund for the cost of it

I get that it's for notebook writers but it would be nice if there was an option to write in the app. A lot of the time when I want to use the app I don't have access to a writing pad and it's a pain to switch between apps so I don't. I would definitely pay extra to be able to write within the app. Please make this happen!!! <3

This app is simple and easy to use. The timer feature with each step applies some pressure to actually write. Great exercise for helping you overcome writer's block. My only complaint is that when time is up, the app makes a sound. I can find no way to silence it or set it to vibrate. This means the app is not useful in libraries or other places that require quiet.
