I'm very disappointed with the app,and the camera. I bought a ceiling fire alarm camera and I thought it would cover the small room its in and it doesn't. It covers only where the camera is pointing. Smh no good.. Also it lags and sometimes I'm home watching the camera on my.pjonr and it goes offline while my wifi is working perfectly fine.. smh very disappointed 😞

You would Think being on the ceiling you would get this pretty big viewing area....You would be wrong!!! It gives you such a small viewing Area. I was very disappointed in that. Also, I hope you have plenty of to time to get the base back on to the ceiling plate. I've had this security camera right at two weeks and so far, I'm wishing I would have bought something else. Half the time I can't even hear the sound. There is no way this is worth the $119 bucks I paid for it.

This app really needs an overhaul. If you don't touch in just the right spot to select something it doesn't work. Make a better app. I'll be sure to rate the frame on amazon too.

No liking it so far very complicated to understand or get to what I'm looking for it supposed to be able to rotate but it doesn't show how, they don't have a customer number to call so it's very hard to get help

Worst app ever! It has terrible night vision and the app never works properly! Forget recording anything because it doesn't record.

Not enough features in the app. Would be nice to have low battery notification and also be able to check battery level from the app.
