I'm blown away. I had tried a number of other apps to solve the issue of battery drain (3cToolbox pro / MyAndroidToolsPro) on my rooted 5.1, although helpful neither could solve it to my satisfaction. Along came this app (pro version) and attained deep sleep so easily with just a few switches, reboot and Bob's your uncle. Thank you so much Dev, fantastic job.

Bought donation package, enabled in Xposed and rebooted, crashes upon enabling system apps everytime. Running darkobas android 6.0 on OnePlus One. Greenify deep hibernation is disabled. This does work on my Galaxy Note 3 android 5.0 though.

Well worth donating, has reduced battery consumption significantly (especially re. annoying 'Google Play Services' use) - without really negatively impacting services at all. Requires root + Xposed.

You should add a thread on xda-dev because this app is very underrated. A statistics menu showing how many wakelocks have been blocked would be excellent.

I've been using this on CM13 and its worked great, now looking to move to Lineage 14 but since there is no xposed i cannot change my ROM. Are you able to get this to work on Android N without xposed? would be good as ive paid for the app but wont be able to use it.,

Cannot stop system apps. You might as well just charge for the app because the free version is so useless it might turn people off from "donating". All offending apps are in system such as Google Services, Google Play, NFC service, etc. Only for user apps.

About this app

Xposed Module is required. It is a tool that reduces app's battery use by preventing them from using Android wakelocks. It treats apps in a more gentle way thus most of the apps' background functionality are kept but the battery consumption is largely reduced. Please be reminded that No Wakelock is not a process management tool like Greenify.

*How it works*

Android allows apps to use partial WAKE_LOCK to keep devices awake while screen is off. However, this mechanism is often abused as some Android developers introduced it into network related operations. As a matter of fact, network events will wake devices up automatically. Excess use of wakelocks is one of the top reasons why battery drains.

By using No Wakelock, you can have extended battery life without compromising on the functionality of apps.

*Types of Wakelocks*

Partial Wakelock: This is the wakelock that prevents your CPU from falling asleep while screen is off.

All Other Wakelocks: This is the wakelock that prevents your screen from turning off.

Sync Adapters: Sync Adapters can also keep devices awake. If you do not need synchronization, you can disable it.
