For over two months now I am unable to make a payment using the app. I have tried repeatedly only for an error stating it unable to process my payment. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app and the issue still persists. It is disgusting and a grave inconvenience. I work from home Monday to Friday, when should I find time to go to the score to pay the bill? Or wait forever on the phone?

For the past week, I can't access any service. Can't topup or see balance or add data etc. Just takes me back to install the app, which I have already. I'm lost without it. Fix this problem asap please. Whoever updated this app, did a lousy job. Hire the best for your customers and your business so we can all be satisfied.

This app frequently malfunctions and will not allow online payments. I've had to Uninstall and re-install. Customer service is almost non-existent. It's frustrating when a service you rely on doesn't provide good service or customer support. Update May 2021 the app continues to be problematic and malfunctioning. Telephone and chat service has never been answered. Lineups at the Flow service centres are lengthy and unsafe due to covid. In person service has always been very poor.

App was working last year i liked that i could pay my bill without leaving my house, and now all it does is crashes, takes forever to load and gives me a headache the new update is stupid it refuses to log me in, when my credentials are correct, for a big company like flow y'all could've spent some money on developing the app

Horrible app, not do great company either. Was In a tight financial stress and a family member from overseas wanted my account info to pay my bill before we got disconnected. No matter how many password changes I did, it still did not work. Now we are being told we can only pay in office. Not to mention I just got a job working from home and need the service to work.

Worst app in the history of apps!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend that you guys fix the problems on this app especially the one to log in. I entered my email which is very much valid, but this stupid app keeps telling me to login with a valid email. Now because of that, I can't pay my bills on time. Waste of space!! This doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. 😤
