I had trouble connecting to the camera with WiFi at first but it was because I wasn't trying on the wife in settings. Step 1: connect camera to a power source either by car charger or use your own usb to plug it into your wall. Step 2: press menu (M) twice to get to the second menu and turn on the wifi. This will also show you the network name. Step 3: open the rexxing app on your phone and press the big "wifi connect" button. It will open your WiFi settings and that select same network name.

Having Troubles setting your app ? This might help and it worked π€π₯³ Step 1 : uninsall the app 2 re-install . 3 SHUT OFF your cells data , then using wifi ONLY , try again to pair your dashcam from the list of wifi connections that show your unit . Tip use the 1 min recording without the 4K or it takes forever to download video to your phone . REXING STAFF . SLEEPING ON THE JOB ? I SEE NO HELP OR COMMENTS from REXING IN REGARDS TO THE USE OF THIS APP . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . π€¬

Having the same problem that everyone is having, why can't this be fixed. App worked for a couple of weeks then won't connect and just puts you in a loop of returning the the home screen. Can't even send a error report from the app.

Used to work fine, now the past 2 times I've tried to download a clip via wifi connect it won't work. Just spins a loading circle. So there goes the reason I spent an extra $150 on this model instead of the non-wifi one. Great.

How was this rated high on amazon? I bought 2, now I need footage and I can't view it because the app doesn't work for android? I turned on wifi, connected to the camera, but everytime I go to videos it loads for a few seconds, and goes back to the starting screen. Useless.

If you can't connect, try turning your mobile data on your phone off. It might take a few tries to connect the first time. I just began using the app, so I've given it a 4 for now.
