Can't register keeps saying no network or unknown. I got the register code once it wouldn't load past their because of it saying no network constantly. I have tryed both Wifi and 4g on my phone to register as it directed me to do. I can tell I'm not the only one with this issue, it really needs fixing the app came pre-installed on my dash mirror. Please fix this issue it's not good you can't even register to use the app for anything.

Difficult to download. Have been trying for 2 days app wasn't installed in app list. It keeps taking me in circles. Why would anyone choose this app to be used for remote. It sucks. Already have device, so I'm stuck with it. Looks like I'll never use most important feature. FIX IT...... Finally got car DVR to download app. Finally... but no. couldn't accept terms the page wouldn't scroll to check the box. If you don't check the box, you can't register, if you don't register, the code won't appear for your phone to bind with it.Don't you check your app to see that it's working? Reading other reviews, it's not only me that can't use it. All I'm asking is that it works like I asked before I purchased dash cam and was told yes...

Please help. I've bought d dash cam w/ gps, comes with this apps. I install this apps in my phone & bind it with the apps within the car, & it works fine. Then, by fault, i uninstall the apps from the dash cam. Right now, when i want to install it back, the apps doesnt allow me to scroll any lower so that i can click the 'Agree' button. Please help resolve this & adjust the frame so that it can fit smalller screen

The carkeeper does not connect as it is searching for a wifi connection. If I connect through wifi it connects well. Though there is internet connection on the sim card, it still searches for wifi. How can I switch this setting to sim internet rather than wifi? Please advice.

• Software in Google Playstore is backdated and different as mentioned in product descriptions in OBDPEAK store * Instead of Car Assist software, it was suggested to use CarKeeper, which doesn't work properly. • Different instructions like Factory reset, software upgrade has followed to solve remote monitoring issue. • Till today I am unable to get remote functionality as they mentioned before selling the product. • My bad luck, seller don't reply to my message now.
