Well, at first, I thought that the WiFi controller I had bought was broken. Instead, it turns out it's this app, which doesn't seem to work very well on Android 7. It would not connect to my WiFi bridge and constantly froze and crashed. I had the idea and installed the app on my old phone, which still runs Android 4.4.2. It worked perfectly and I could easily control the lights, and adding my WiFi bridge was a breeze. So I captured the packets sent from this app on my old phone and made my own app instead.

app no longer functions and is no longer supported. Milight 3 app is not compatible with Milight 2.0 wifi bridge with no explanation I have found after hours of searching. Sorry, If you used this app for your lights, Milight apparently wants you to buy the new controller. I expect this to happen again in a year with Milight 3 when they decide they need more funds.

Functional is, at best, the praise I could give the app when it worked prior to Android 7.x. It would turn lights on and control the colors, but constantly having to select the remote is less than ideal and there aren't terribly many settings to play with. I'm mostly upset it's not being updated to play nicely with newer Android, thus leaving my lightbulbs deprecated.

It doe's what it's supposed to do, but lacks MANY features! I'm absolutely annoyed with the "black" function key's and the inability to customize it. No timer setting's is a BIG negative. Alway's loses contact with my bridge. The mi-light bulbs are great.......but this is a PATHETIC app.

Doesn't work with the pixel xl. For being super bright LEDs controller you would think it's amazing but it's far from that. Only works with my tablet, can't build custom colors or flash patterns. Super disappointed, wouldn't have dropped a bill plus on lights and a controller if I knew the controller would be this bad...

This app keeps coming up with a message saying it is not responding. I have had it for two years and this is only a recent issue. Nothing has changed with my home wifi, bridge or lighting set up
