Good enough hardware. Software is rubbish. I bought this over a year ago (2019) and was impressed that I could monitor my house in Scotland from the south of France and receive frequent notifications. However, recent software updates (circa early 2020) have rendered the system useless. I no longer receive notifications and, for some reason, I lose camera connection and access to the advanced settings. It then takes forever to recover. I suspect China might have something to do with it.

I installed the app and camera per the instructions. Four hours later the camera quit working. That was three weeks ago! I have sent five (5) emails/texts to the email listed. As of 1 May 2020, they have not responded! Any ideas to get me up and running again?

camera looks good. The app is very poor, not able to view on a PC or laptop. Set-up is pretty poor. Unable to connect via WiFi even though the camera indicates it is connected and software says it is over 90% signal strength. Can only view images if hard wired in to router with ethernet cable. This is an example of 'You get what you pay for'. It is cheap for a reason people. Not overly impressed.

This app was ok, but recent updates permission requirements is highly questionable. There's no need for this app to have permission to my phone : status and identity, camera: take pictures and videos (for what purpose?), microphone for what?. The app now won't run without all of these permission allowed. There is no justification for the app to require these permission. It's says you can change, but everytime you launch its going to require them otherwise it won't open . PRIVACY PRIVACY!!!!

Notifications don't work. Without this basic functionality I'm not sure what benefit one can derive from using this product. Otherwise the app works fine. I wrote to the developer and received no reply. I will change my rating once this bug is fixed. What's interesting is the same developer wrote the OMguard HD app that is used with the Lidl camera I bought, and that app works fine.

Cameras a bargain and work brilliant... Apps is good apart from it doesn't allow you to fast forward and rewind video... If you can add this please!
