App is slow and laggy. There's no separate battery indicator for each bud. It lacks the option to finely tweek the limited options provided. But whats more annoying is, I've spent 1 hour unsuccessfuly trying to update a brand new pair of buds. Seems to be a common issue, but LG does not seem bothered enough to respond to these complaints. These are not patch on my samsung galaxy buds. Very likely to be returned. I wouldn't recommend them.

I'm so glad for this app and I want to love it, but the issues with repetitive notifications is a real bummer. I want to get notifications but not so much that I have actively go into the app and turn them off just to continue with my day.

Not up to the mark.....like the sound is getting disturbed when the buds are connected to lg nanocell tv itself....the sound output is very bad when connected to lg tv it is making the sound into pieces

It is very annoying searching for updates everytime you open the app. Also the software could be much more advanced. LG looks like an intrusive amateur with this app.

The bass quality improved a lot when I updated the buds from firmware 1.33 to 1.35. Unfortunately the update failed more than ten times using my Samsung S10+ (using this Android app) phone. However I tried using my iPad (with the IOS version of this app) and the update worked first time! Paired again with my S10+ and they sounded great. So if you can't get the update to work with this App then borrow an iPhone and try again.

Ok so the app work fine (so far)for me but I would love to be able to ; 1. Turn up the ambiant valume just a bit more. 2. Have a battery indicator for both ear pods separately and the case. As it stands if I have both pods out the battery level is this odd combination of both and the case is blue (full), purple (25-80 ish %) and red ( 25% and below ) I guess. The widget is cool & like it a lot but can I please resize it to be 4×2 instead of 3x2 ty.
