Faz o prometido de forma simples e transparente. Não bota DDD ou número de operadora à toa (a não ser que você queira). O único contra é a formatação final, que na hora da pré-visualização antes de fazer as alterações ele mostra o número formatado bonitinho, mas quando salva na agenda fica o número todo junto, o que deixa difícil de entender. Tive que usar outro App para fazer a formatação correta. Preferiria que fizesse as alterações de acordo com a formatação antes do resultado final. Fora isso, é ótimo.

1) A inserção do 9° Dígito é feita apenas em contatos na memória interna do aparelho. Caso seus contatos estejam armazenados no SIMCARD, utilize os recursos da sua agenda para copia dos mesmos para a memória interna do aparelho.
2) O sincronismo com contas remotas como Google, Samsung e Yahoo manipulam a lista de contatos. Se após a inserção do 9º Dígito o número voltar ao formato original "sozinho", verifique o sincronismo com essas contas. A conta Samsung por exemplo costuma voltar ao formato original após 1 dia.
