This app, nor the device, works as intended!! I spent 18 dollars buying an 8 pack off Amazon to track my cats outside because they are getting older. I tested it out, and it connected wonderfully, but I couldn't see the cats GPS on the app. I thought it was a little weird but shrugged it off and went inside. However, immediately, I was notified that both of their tags had lost connection!! It's absolutely ridiculous!! I Do NOT recommend this product for anyone!

The device won't stop beeping every 2-3 minutes. Ive tried every option available in the app and the device still will not stop disconnecting from my phone and beeping loudly. I've tried multiple devices in the event that maybe it was just that particular one that was defective from the store. Nope. None of them work. Doesn't do anything besides locating device on map, no tracking or anything else. Never had this issue when I had my iPhone and used my AirTags. This thing is simply a nuisance! 😕

GARBAGE! All APP features don't work, nor does the device itself. Tracker is worthless, only works in Bluetooth range, which is about 15ft & doesn't reconnect when back in range, so whats the point? It's not a "tracker" & can't help find lost items. Its suppose to allow you to drop a pin so you can return to the location & relocate if forgotten but doesn't work, that's as close to a tracker as it gets. Google maps does that For Free Without a device.

Absolute garbage. The people who says it works are liars. Ordered 2 devices. Connected them. They rang when sounding the alarm. Anytime I tried to set a device picture the app crashed. Gave one of the two devices to my dad to walk about the neighborhood. It notified me as soon as the device was disconnected. Then it showed nothing on the location tracker. There's plenty of wifi signal in my neighborhood. It never updated at all. Also it demands permissions to record audio and video. Garbage.

Clunky. Heavy battery usage, only 1 app can match a tag at a time. No Straight forward explanations on why the app needed certain permissions. Needed to figure them out by playing with the app. 2 notifications come up, 1 in English and the other is not. No way to change language settings The tag is sold as a low power GPS, it is not. May be good for finding lost keys when in range .

DISSATISFIED!!! The teardrop tag is way too large for cats. The on/off button is also so large that the pet can accidentally activate it themselves. The tag will beep constantly if the KINDELF app is closed and/or Bluetooth is turned off. The KINDELF app also doesn't have the ability to run in the background either. I don't want to leave the app open and be required to leave the Bluetooth connection open 24/7. The tag uses a CR2032 battery and is dead when you receive it.
