The app says "log in expired. Please try again" Everytime I try and log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Reset my password. Created a new account. Nothing works. I haven't had a chance to use the frame yet. I am not able to use the smart frame at all. There seems to be minimal support for this frame. Trying to get an answer from Lenovo Support. Hopefully, someone hears my cries.

"Device Registration Failed." That's all I get when I try to add the smart frame to the app. I click on my network then instantly get pop up. I can't even use the smart frame!

This app is terrible. It won't let me add the my new smart frame unless i login, when i try to login, it keeps telling me my login expired and to try again. So I'm in the constant login loops without being able to use it. Absolutely useless
