This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iComfort Mobile Setup on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Will not find the smart hub, even with the wifi turned off to the smart hub.

Does not work, cannot connect to s30

I have tried to use this app so many times, wasting time trying to make it work. I am able to connect to the hubs network but the app just doesn't see the hub at all. Better off walking back and forth or installing a Honeywell stat that works as intended.

Same problem that brandon experienced. Could connect to network but app could not find hub

The app works just fine, as long as you DISABLE THE WIFI connection on the thermostat. After that, your app finds and pairs with the hub. No biggie.
