Not sure if its the app or the product itself. App and unit won't sync. In a new development so tried on other units, same issue. Real let down when the doorbell itself has no other way to work but through the app. 1 meow meow bean

Terrible app. Notification don't work consistently. Doesn't support muliple door bells. Account button redirects you to the legrands adfs page then fails to login. If simple things don't work , make me wonder about the security of this app and the device now on my wifi. Best stay away from this primitive product.

App is simple, good. Registration is bugged. If you fail registration because of wrong password format, your registration information still gets forwarded to Legrand server partially. Your account can't be activated, and password retrieval fails, it's like your email is banned forever. The only solution is to use another email address. The lag between pressing the doorbell and getting notification on your phone exceeds 10 seconds if I'm on 4g cellular internet from a very fast connection.
