I feel like the app would work, but my phone doesn't support IR transmission? I don't know how to help that, and they never told me if I could fix it. Reach out to me if you have any info on how I could get IR transmission to work. (I have a Samsung Note 10+)

It can only work if your phone supports IR transmissions in my case i have an Lg stylo 5 and it didnt work for me but just the reason that it informed me was good. I had previously dowloaded a different one and it didn't tell me anything.

They don't bother telling you on the package that your phone has to support infrared before you buy their products. After I turn mine off it turns itself back on and starts flashing.
