Thank you for fixing the app! Update 06/05 issue still not resolved, contacted developer never heard back. Very disappointed as the whole point of buying the scale was to be be able to use the app. Just giving one star because since the last update cannot pass T&Cs, will change review once it is fixed. Thank you.

The scales show your weight but the app stopped working on 19th April 2021, when you tried to update privacy policies. So you cannot view or record anything on the app. Update 18th May 2021, the app has been sorted and all working well again.

Useful app now it's working again. Had to uninstall about a month ago as a privacy policy came up with nowhere to agree. Effectively was shut out of the app, not the only one by look of comments. Took a chance today and reinstalled - actually worked! Happy now, thank you Leaone for fixing problems.

When I first installed this app it worked fine and after a couple of days my ability to get all of the promised information was spotty. I generally just got my weight and BMI. Now all I get is some message that references a baby scale, which I don't have! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times now and I've restarted my phone 3 times! I've also sent an email to the developers. Please resolve this issue! I just purchased my scale recently and I love it, when it works!

I experienced similar issue after "C&T" updated but when I tried to reinstall with Bluetooth turned on solved the issue, hope this helps guys!

Last week, I'd have given this 5 stars (it did exactly what it's supposed to, conencted reliably and had an easy to use interface). Since the latest update, it's basically a brick - open the app and it comes up with a page of "T&C" text but no way of accepting this or proceeding to use the app. I've tried removing and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. It's basically turned my smart scale into a dumb scale. This needs fixing please.
