Polish translations is kind of shame unfortunately, need improvements, I guess they use some translator because primary school kid would translate it better. Also, robot often fails to locate the charging base after using control option from the app or when gently moving it manually during a cleaning pause. Improve this please. Not super important but entry image to the app could be something nicer than blurred black olives - at least this is how it looks to me. Thanks ☺️

A similar situation as Renato and Lisa described happened to me on October 16 2020. The robot went offline and whatever I tried, reset the robot and router, reinstalled the app, tried new account, nothing helped. Although it had been working well for one month. After getting it back from the Service it's been working perfectly fine. Very satisfied.

Everything was working fine until some day I launched the app and found no robots. Tried resetting yhe wifi on robot and connect it to the app with no lick still... Ok. It turns out to connect the robot back you need to clear data and app cache.

Cannot connect to my new samsung galaxy s21 ultra! Please fix for 5 stars. It was very difficult to connect to my galaxy s10 before, many unsuccessfull tries. Trying here for 3 hours like an idiot!

I can't pair the cleaner with my phone, I tried restarting, using difrent phone, and I am sure that I am using 2.4g wi fi, and it still doesn't work.
