This has nothing to do with the app but the actual vacuum. It stopped working after the 3 day cancellation policy and now I'm stuck with a pair weight.

When you click on contact and fill out the form it won't let you send it! This definitely needs to be fixed! Just bought a new system a couple months ago and it's sad that i have to contact my sales rep instead of Kirby!

Uninstalled within two hours. Minimal and useless videos and tips were just users posts. Videos won't even toggle to full screen and many videos they say are there can't be accessed. Useless and unhelpful.
