This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing App Manager on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Absolutely useless! Doesn't do anything but take me to my phone's app list. Needed something that would list the apps in order of when they were downloaded. This does nothing, except ask for permissions and then to my Motorola G Play app list. Waste of time.
