I am forced to use this app if i want to do laundry in the student dorm where I live. I am unable to top up my credit through iDeal bank payments for months now because of a bug. Besides it logs out everytime I close the app. Annoying. It is definitely not hassle free. I wish I could pay with coins.

The app works how it's intended most of the time. However, that being said, the app has a myriad of issues. And considering the App is the main payment platform for select machines, these issues are prevalent and unacceptable: 1. The app is slow; 2. The app will occasionally accept your payment and not activate the machine; 3. If a machine is selected and then deselected for whatever reason, the app will keep the machine blocked despite there not being anyone holding it; 4. Topping up is difficult, there is usually always an error and it takes several tries; 5. And the machine cycle cost's do not equal to the top-up amount, so there is always a small amount left that can never be spent. The interface pretends to be user-friendly, but is in desperate need of improvement.

Never have been able to update balance without needing to contact to ask them to fix. The reply is hours later, when I need it most. Seems like a single person had rushed building the entire app and that same person is the sole customer service worker

When it works it's fine, Not good by any stretch but fine, but when it doesn't work it really screws you over. The app constantly freezes up and is so bloody slow. When you have to pay for extra credit after choosing a machine the app will take the money for the machine and then freeze. Now you cannot start the machine for 10 minutes but you have already paid for it. This just happened to me and now I have just wasted €4 and 20 minutes of my life not to be able to do laundry. I hate the fact that you can only buy credit in €15 installments. Washing is €2 and drying €1.30 which means you can basically never use all the credit you have paid for in the app and will always have credit you have paid for but cannot use. You'd think the solution would be simple and you'd just pay with coins but the machines tend to gobble the coins and not let you wash your clothes. If they can fix these problems I'm sure the app is great until then avoid this company if you can.

The app is not user friendly and very confusing. When I want to top up, why should I immediately have to wash and have to be near the washing machine? If I wouldn't read the FAQs I wouldn't even know that. Also the amount you can only top up is always so there is some money you can't use or withdraw. And I totally don't get the top up with stars, like what the hell.

It took my money and the washing machine did not start afterwards, after being forced to spend another 15 euros on this pile of garbage it took me another 30 minutes to select a washing machine because it kept telling me the machine i selected was already in use even though it previously displayed as being available. All in all this app is absolutely trash. The only reason im using this is because i have no other way to wash my clothes.
