Wish I'd listened to the negative reviews. What a dreadful company. Walked in the rain to the nearest branch. Their useless app would not change from the default branch which was miles away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they don't answer the phone or e mails. Rubbish..... AVOID

App upgraded a couple of weeks ago since then it is not accepting card payments. Comes up with a message 3DS NOT AUTHENTICATED. Tried ringing them. No answer. Emailed them. No reply. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doesn't work. Very poor customer service and this means I cannot use the laundry room in my apartment block

Appalling service, paid for a wash twice and didn't work. Asked for my money back and was blocked from calling again. Money still not refunded and no way to contact them. Try calling the number on the app before you part with any money, they will not answer

Great service, we all like services that just plain work and Prima does work but what sets a mediocre business or service apart is how the customer is treated in the unfortunate unforseen problems..in this regard Prima shines. Keep up the good work and all the best. Highly recommended.

The worst possible customer service you can imagine. App does not work. Can't wash my clothes. Left multiple polite messages and no one got back to me me. I'm leaving this property as soon as I can sadly because of that one reason.
