Load Monitor 38% + surfaceflinger 30% + other small % apps should be over 70%. But the total cpu consumption is below 50% reported from other two cpu meter apps. Please clarify. I'm in Kitkat.

There is still place for improvment. Either full edge app with unix top capability since you have already a task view and/or version with bare minimum for those just interested in the 3 numbers.
