App results now really slow. Impaired advanced search function. No refresh function on recently updated results for a specimen currently being reviewed.

Was a useful app. Now, remarkable its more unreliable the nhls website itself. Its perpetually down for "urgent server maintenance" and much slower. Pathetic for a paid service

I think the format of the app is great and easy to use. Please add a search function using the healthcare provider's MP number as well? And when I search using a hospital number, the patient's name doesn't show so I'm never really sure if I'm seeing the results of the patient from my particular hospital. Thank you.

Great app, well designed and saves a lot of time. Still can't search by ID number which is a pity. Unfortunately, R15pm was already a little steep but I love supporting app development especially when I can avoid ads. R30pm is nearing what music streaming services cost. Don't be the multichoice of lab results scanners!

When the app works it's great There are a few problems. The biggest being that if the lab reports some tests under different tabs(?) (e.g if you request an AFB and GXP on the same form), the app will only show you one result. It also doesn't tell you there are other results logged. Smaller problems are: order of results is inconsistent; some results just aren't shown (esp. if result is below the labs threshold); and pdf downloads only work occasionally
