Works as described! Since it lets you select which contacts to apply the changes to, you can even fix contacts from multiple countries by doing the operation multiple times. (The developer also listened to previous feedback, which is great)

Preview works, unable to apply any changes without app crashing. The app can therefore not fulfil its purpose by adding international codes
